SimplyScribe has three components.
- Telephony Server. Your clients (physicians, nurses,
hospital and clinic staff) simply dial a telephone number,
enter their account number and create a recording. The
resulting transcripts can be emailed, faxed, FTP'ed or
remotely printed for your clients. You add and setup clients,
and their delivery preferences yourself.
- SimplyScribe Manager. Your managers and supervisors
move, upload, download, dispatch and distribute, with ease,
recordings and transcripts. Receive a complaint from a
client about not receiving a transcript ? Simply trace the
activity using the Manager, or perhaps, with the click of a
button, resend a transcript.
- Transcription Assistant. The assistant plays back a
recording for a transcriptionist. Options to set the playback
speeds, automated dispatch, automated manager notification
make our software easiest to use.
